  • Greg Matos, Psy.D., ABPP

    Couple and Family Psychologist

    Dr. Matos was first trained as a military psychologist and served for over 10 years in the Marine Corps and Navy. He specializes in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and has helped thousands of couples improve their relationships. Dr. Matos founded the charity A Better Love Project, which reached over 9 million people between 2021 and 2024. He is a career staff psychologist at UCLA’s Counseling and Psychological Services.

  • Tahra Nobles, Psy.D.

    Psychological Associate

    Tahra is experienced in relational dynamics, trauma, and life transitions. She brings a compassionate, culturally informed, and holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the unique experiences and identities each person brings to their relationships.

    Drawing from her trauma-informed training, Tahra thoughtfully supports clients in navigating social and familial stressors while strengthening communication, repairing trust, and fostering connection. 

    She applies evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s goals, creating a safe space to explore patterns, heal past wounds, and develop practical tools for long-term relational health.

    Additionally, Tahra is particularly attuned to how cultural, racial, and societal experiences shape relationships. Her approach integrates sensitivity to individual and cultural differences, helping clients navigate challenges while honoring their values and identities.

    Outside of sessions, Tahra enjoys exploring new experiences, food, dance, and music. She believes that creativity, curiosity, and joy are key components of a fulfilling life and meaningful relationships.
