Thorough, evidence-based ADHD evaluations that clarify diagnostic status, functional impact, and next steps.

    Autism Screening

Have you ever wondered if you’re on the Autism Spectrum? We provide screening to determine whether a comprehensive ASD evaluation is warranted and to identify strengths and areas of need in relationships.

    Relationship Evaluation

Clarifying ADHD or ASD features can explain interactional patterns (e.g., emotional escalation, missed commitments, sensory-related avoidance) and guide targeted relationship strategies.

  • A young couple stands close together outdoors, with the man kissing the woman's forehead as she smiles. The woman is wrapped in a colorful plaid blanket, and they are holding hands. Mature trees and a stone fireplace are visible in the background.

    Relationship Reset

Relationship Reset modules focusing on executive-function supports, communication scripts, sensory-friendly routines, and accommodation planning for parenting and work.

ADHD Assessment

We assess and can diagnose ADHD; we coordinate referrals to medical prescribers when pharmacologic treatment is indicated.

We evaluate:

- Developmental and current attention/executive function history

- Impact on work, parenting, decision-making, and relationship patterns

- Co-occurring mood, anxiety, sleep, and substance concerns

Typical components:

- Intake interview (client ± partner/collateral as appropriate)

- Standardized adult ADHD rating scales and collateral questionnaires

- Targeted cognitive/executive functioning testing when indicated

- Written diagnostic report with prioritized, actionable recommendations (behavioral strategies, accommodations, coaching targets)

- Feedback session with the client (and partner, if consented)

Autism Screening

Screening is not a formal diagnosis; we document findings and guide next steps and accommodations while clients pursue a comprehensive evaluation.

Screening includes:

  - Structured developmental and current social‑communication history

  - Standardized autism screening instruments and clinical observation

  - Attention to masking/camouflaging, gender and cultural presentation, sensory profiles, and co-occurring conditions

  - Collateral information (partner, family) when available and consented

- Outcomes:

  - Clear screening summary, immediate practical supports and accommodations recommendations

  - When indicated, referrals to multidisciplinary diagnostic teams for formal ASD evaluation
